Kenya seems divided following a general general election held on 8th August 2017. The Independent Elections and Boundaries Commission declared Uhuru Kenyatta the winner of the presidential election. Raila Odinga is however disputing the elections and has since moved to the supreme court to challenge the results.
Calls for secession has been floating on social media platforms with some people alleging that their communities have been marginalised
