Fews days after blogger Pharis Kimaru wrote a satirical piece titled " Its Handled: Olivia Pope meets Anne Waiguru" on her satirical blog pkimaru.wordpress.com, Devolution Cabinet Secretary Anne Waiguru has stepped aside. Waiguru said she is stepping aside and has written to president Uhuru Kenyata to relieve her of her Cabinet duties. Waiguru has been the focus of the media and the opposition for the past couple of weeks over massive corruption scandals in her ministry.
In the piece Olivia Pope tells Waiguru that the only solution to her problem is to resign.
